Hi, my name is
Carolyn.

I am a virtual + in-person yoga & pole instructor and practitioner. I’m also a marine biologist.

I am currently available for personal yoga & pole guidance.

Experienced wisdom & deep personal practice meets hours of training.

I was introduced to the asana and meditative practices of yoga by my mom at a young age. On the cusp of adulthood I experienced a clash with my inner turmoil. I was not happy and that lead me back to asana and meditation.

These keys helped me to be an active participant in my happiness and growth to letting go of the victim mentality.

I love to share and guide people in the sensations and home of their body. Assisting them in forming their own tools to form their own philosophies to connect to themselves and put their own pieces together.

I love sharing this gift. Every time my students have an ah-ha moment. I relive having my own. I don’t feel like I’m a master, it’s a continuous process of sharing my experience.

With love.

Giving you the tools to embrace curiosity & challenge to make practicing a process.

Your practice journey is your own but we can experience it together. The results of your journey are a mystery and it takes a certain amount of curiosity and attention to get there. I don’t believe you have to be wealthy to have an enriched practice. I believe in meeting you where you are.

I’m attracted to pole, silks & yoga because they are expressive and they make me feel playful while experiencing wonder in reality. I have this reconnection with the feelings of my inner child. It never gets boring to me. Each day is new. This is what I hope to bring to your practice.
